Overview of printing on a custom size paper:

Define the settings in the print driver or application.
Define the size at the printer.
Load the paper in the printer.
Send the print job.

Define a custom size in the print driver or application:

Windows 2000 or newer :

Select the [Paper / Output] tab.
Click the button to the right of the Paper summary and select [Other Size]. The Paper Size window will be displayed.
Select [New] in the Output Paper Size pull-down list. The New Custom Size window will be displayed.
Enter a descriptive name in the Name field.
Enter the dimensions in the Width and Height fields.
Click on the [OK] button.

Mac OS X version 10.4 and newer :

Select [Page Setup] from the File menu.
Select the required printer.
Select [Manage Custom Sizes] from the Paper Size pull-down menu.
Click on the [+] button to add a new custom page size.
Provide a descriptive name for the custom page size.
Enter the page size and margin information.

Define a custom size in the application:

CAUTION: Set up your job / document with the custom size; this will allow the print driver to select the custom size automatically.

If your job / document is another size, but you want to print the job on a custom size, select the custom size as follows:

Click on the button to the right of the Paper summary and select [Other Size]. The Paper Size window will be displayed.
Select the required custom size. NOTE : This will be the same paper size you created in the Output Paper Size pull-down list list.

Define a custom size at the printer:

Load the paper into the required paper tray. See the Related Content for additional information.
Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow to select [Change setup], and then press the [OK] button.
Select the appropriate paper type, and then press the [OK] button.
At the Paper Size menu, press the [Up] or [Down] arrow until [New Custom Size] is selected, and then press the [OK] button.
If the correct short edge size is selected as the current setup, press the [OK] button.
Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to select [Change], and then press the [OK] button.
Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to enter a new short edge size and then press the [OK] button.
If the correct long edge size is selected as the current setup, press the [OK] button.
Press the [Up] or [Down] arrow button to enter a new long edge size and then press the [OK] button.
If the paper size can be loaded either long edge feed (LEF) or short edge feed (SEF), the Paper Orientation menu will be displayed. Select [Long-Edge Feed] for faster printing. Select [Short-Edge Feed] if there is concern about the media curling or peeling.
For the Paper Tray 1 / Multi-Purpose Tray (MPT) size list, select the standard size loaded.
For the Paper Tray 2–5 size list, select [Auto-Sensed]. This will allow the position of the tray guides to determine and communicate the standard size.

Programming and Printing on Custom Size Paper

Today we will explore how to set custom size paper selections in your print driver for print jobs. You can save the custom size to be used repeatedly. Let us look at the general steps for creating and saving a custom size for paper in the driver. Your steps may be slightly different depending on the model of your Xerox printer or multifunction printer and the operating system (OS) you are using.

Depending on your machine you can print custom-size paper from Trays 1–5. Since custom size paper settings are saved in the print driver, they are available for you to select in all your applications. Please check your paper and paper tray specifications for information on the sizes supported for the paper trays on your machine. Custom sizes are most commonly printed from the bypass tray.

Anti-dumping duty on imports of Uncoated Copier Paper

CBIC Seeks to levy definitive anti-dumping duty on the imports of Uncoated Copier Paper originating in or exported from Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore vide Notification No. 56/2018-Customs (ADD) dated 4 th December, 2018.

New Delhi, the 4 th December, 2018

G.S.R. 1166(E). –Whereas, in the matter of ‘Uncoated Copier Paper”’ (hereinafter referred to as the subject goods) falling under heading 4802 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) (hereinafter referred to as the Customs Tariff Act), originating in, or exported from Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore (hereinafter referred to as subject countries), and imported into India, the Designated Authority in its final findings, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, vide F. No.6/32/2017-DGAD, dated the 30 th October, 2018, has come to the conclusion that the subject goods has been exported to India from subject countries below their normal values and consequently, the domestic industry has suffered material injury and that the material injury has been caused by the dumped imports of subject goods from the subject countries during the Period of Investigation, and has recommended imposition of definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of the subject goods, originating in, or exported from the subject country and imported into India, in order to remove injury to the domestic industry for a period of three years from the date of issuance of this notification.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, read with rules 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 , the Central Government, after considering the aforesaid final findings of the designated authority, hereby imposes on the subject goods, the description of which is specified in column (3) of the Table below, falling under heading of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act as specified in the corresponding entry in column (2), country of origin as specified in column (4), originating or exported from the countries as specified in the corresponding entry in column (5), produced by the producers as specified in the corresponding entry in column (6), exported by the exporters as specified in the corresponding entry in column (7) and imported into India, an anti-dumping duty at the rate equal to the difference between the landed value of the subject goods and the amount indicated in the corresponding entry in column (8), provided the landed value is less than the value as indicated in column (8) of the said Table, namely:-

2. The anti-dumping duty imposed under this notification shall be effective for a period of three years (unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier) from the date of issuance of this notification and shall be paid in Indian currency.

3. Landed value of imports for the purpose of this notification shall be the assessable value as determined under the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and includes all duties of customs except duties under sections 3, 3A, 8B, 9 and 9A of the said Act.

Explanation .- For the purposes of this notification, rate of exchange applicable for the purpose of calculation of such anti-dumping duty shall be the rate which is specified in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), issued from time to time, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and the relevant date for the determination of the rate of exchange shall be the date of presentation of the bill of entry under section 46 of the said Customs Act.

So please suggest me country where no anti dumping duty impose in india.

Also have required about Thailand, indonasiya and Singapore. So is there anti dumpuming duty impose on paper(4802).

Scientific Data Systems (SDS)

SDS 900 Series: A new generation of low cost general purpose digital computers

Founded in 1961 by Max Palevsky and others from Packard Bell and Bendix, SDS was an innovative company. Their machines, aimed mainly at scientific and academic markets, were faster and less expensive than comparable offerings from others. By about 1967, they had a range of computers that could deal with both business and scientific applications. The firm was purchased by Xerox in 1969 and re-named Xerox Data Systems (XDS). Several disastrous management decisions, and a declining market for this type of machine, forced Xerox to close the division, with significant financial implications, in 1975.

Print on Custom Paper Sizes
Load the custom-size paper in the tray. In the application, click File → Print, then select your printer. In the Print dialog box, click Printer Properties. On the Printing Options tab, from the Paper list, select Other Size. To select a custom paper size, select Fit to New Paper Size, then select the custom paper size.
Create and Use Custom Size Paper

Programming and Printing on Custom Size Paper
Click Paper Sizes, and then select Manage Custom Sizes. In the Manage Paper Sizes window, click the plus sign (+) to add a new size. Double-click Untitled at the top of the window and type a name for the new custom size. Enter the height and width of the new custom size.

In the CentreWare Internet Services utility the Paper Supply for the Manual Feed Slot is set to Custom. In the printer driver I have created a custom paper size, named it TMI, and have saved a new favourite in the Printer properties with settings as follows: Original Size TMI Output size: same as original Source: Manual Feed Slot
